“Elena and her team are THE BEST! I sent a quote request and Elena got back to me in under 20 minutes! She said she would like to stop by and give me a more accurate estimate by walking through my home. She had time that very afternoon and stopped by to introduce herself. She put me on the schedule for the very next day! Elena is so very kind and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in making sure the job is done up to her high standards. She talked to me about how she likes to clean the stove and what products she likes to use to clean the home. She stayed and chatted for about 15 minutes and I felt she was someone I could trust in my home with my pets. She explained to me that some of her team is new (and in training) and that she likes to accompany them on the first several cleanings to make sure they are doing the job to perfection. I allowed Elena and her team to clean my home during the day while my husband and I were at work. We have 2 dogs and a cat and the girls were so sweet with them! I could easily check-in on the cleaning since we have Nest cameras set up inside our home. I came home from work that evening and my home was SPOTLESS!!! As soon as I walked in, my home smelled fresh and clean! The couches and carpet looked awesome and WOW my kitchen looked fabulous! Everything was so neat and tidy. The girls even vacuumed my cat's condo! It looked GREAT! And I love the details: the tissue box with the fan design, the rolled up blankets on the sofa and the perfectly placed pillows. They even fluffed the GIANT dog bed my Great Dane uses! I would highly recommend Elena and her team :) Elena is very responsive by text message and she sent me an invoice via PayPal the day after the cleaning, which was convenient and easy to pay!
