The owner of Exclusive Cleaning, Elena, started cleaning homes and businesses in 1996. After working for several cleaning companies, Elena founded Exclusive Cleaning in 2001. With over 20 years of total experience, Exclusive Cleaning knows what works and what does not.
Today, Elena is still involved and oversees the day-to-day operations of her cleaning business. Elena takes pride and satisfaction in a job well done, ensuring her customer’s cleaning needs and expectations are always met. If you are unsure or have questions, Elena makes cleaning recommendations and uses cleaning supplies and materials that will ensure the longevity of the home’s surfaces, fixtures, and appliances. Elena coordinates with customer and her staff to make sure cleanings happen within the scheduled time frame. Elena carefully coordinates cleanings so that her crews can arrive on schedule, and have enough time to do the job right. Typically cleanings are scheduled in 3 time slots: mornings, mid-day, and afternoon. ¶ A big part of maintaining quality, consistent results is responsible and realistic scheduling of each crew. Elena never overbooks. Making sure her cleaning crews have well-balanced schedules, means our customers get the best results, because the staff isn’t rushing and has the necessary energy to do the work right the first time.
